Go to www.vincisuits.com, Choose your Category.
Select your style, size, color and quantity… Fill our Order Form, and Fax
We accept major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Money Orders and Checks are also accepted by us. Our Credit Application Form must fill out by customer before create a wholesale account.
Can I visit your Showroom or Warehouse?
Please make an appointment with us for our showroom visiting. We are happy to assist you to see our product line. Our warehouse is closed to public.
Has my order shipped?
Orders leave our warehouse 1-2 days after order is received. A tracking# is based on request after the order has been shipped. You can track your item by going to www.ups.com and find out when your item gets to you.
When will my Pro-order arrive?
Pro-ordered items are on the way to our warehouse. Please contact us for your pro-order items. As soon as our stock is ready, we will be able to ship the item to you.
An item is missing from my shipment. Why?
Some items on your order may be on back order and in some cases out of stock. Also, some items are shipped at different times so allow reasonable time to receive your items. Let us know if there is something wrong and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
- No retures are accepted unless return authorization number is obtained from main office.
- No order may be cancelled without permission from main office.
- Seller shall not be liable for delay or failure of delivery resulting from strike, lockout, fire or any beyond seller’s control.
- All orders are subject to approval of our sales and credit departments.
- Please check the merchandise right after receiving the packages. The seller shall not be liable for shortage.
- Please return the authorized package to our warehouse with shipper’s detailed information.
